I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the many nice features of the home from the very efficient layout of the floor plan to the fine craftsmanship in all the details. You have managed to create a very spacious and graceful home, using every inch of space to the fullest advantage.
Your subcontractors also deserve kudos for their outstanding workmanship. The drywall, cabinetry, paint, marble counter tops, bathroom fixtures all say, “I care about how my work will look and what people will think of my efforts.
I returned to my relatively new home in East Texas and thought to myself, “Wow! I wish Watree Construction had built this place – they are head and shoulders above the workmen who constructed this house!”
I was also really impressed with the binder you put together showing who did the work, what materials they used, the pamphlets for all the appliances, etc. A really nice touch and so useful in the future.
